In A Different Light
My perception of things have changed – and not in a good way. Right now, I’m not feeling good. In fact, I’m feeling kind of depressed.
I thought that things were good and that whatever negative stuff I heard were just exaggerations. But I thought wrong. Now, I’m stuck with a bad situation that I don’t even know how to handle. Now, I feel like everything’s on my shoulders and I don’t know how to lift that weight off of me. So there. I’m just ranting.
Maybe this is why I try to have fun – so that I won’t be reminded of the real situation. And maybe there’s just no one to talk to. I don’t talk that much when it comes to things like this. I guess I only speak of such to someone special. It’s not that I don’t think my friends are special. Something is just pulling me back. So there. I need to be able to talk this out and maybe help me see things in a different perspective. Maybe that person I still have not met – that’s why. Or just not around. Or whatever.
Forgive me for ranting. I just need to get this stuff off my chest. Maybe it’ll help. Even for just a little bit.
