Brownout!

brownout

I don’t know why it came to be called as brownout. I think in other countries, there is no such thing as a brownout. Yes, there are blackouts but not brownouts. Here, a brownout is when there are only areas which has no electricity and a blackout when it is a wide range – like maybe a whole province or something.

Anyway, correct me if I’m wrong. It’s just that we just had a brownout and power just came back on. :)

    tama ka sa definition mo. Balckout kapag malawakan, Brownout pag kalat-kalat at di lang sa Pilipinas ginagamit ang termino na yan hehe :) hi ate hi sky!
