Hanging
Has it ever happened to you? Having too many questions? Having too many thoughts? But you just can’t ask.
Not that you cannot really ask. It’s just that you are too afraid… too afraid of the answers. Too afraid that you may not get the answers that you would like to hear. Too vulnerable to get the wrong answers. That somehow, after hearing the ‘wrong’ answers, you lose sleep. Again. And everything that you thought you had overcome in the past now comes rushing back in.
No matter how you try to shoo these questions and the need for the ‘right’ explanation, you just could not. Even after all these years. And you still long to just end it all up. Because you do not want to be left hanging. No matter how you try to take a step forward, you always end up back here because you are still chained. You want someone to take an axe and cut off that chain for you. You need that.
And if you died, you would become a ghost and you would still haunt this earth. Yes, you still have unfinished business. That is why.
